The operator.Not the agency.
Valyou is the practice of one senior growth operator, built for ambitious businesses that have been burned by agencies selling activity instead of pipeline. The deepest specialty: B2B security and fintech.
Diagnosis first. Pipeline over activity.
It started in 2014 as a social media growth company and grew into a full-stack practice: websites, paid advertising, custom software, lead funnels. A decade of building every layer of the growth stack, hands-on.
Years inside the security industry sharpened the focus. Security and fintech buyers are skeptical, technical, and allergic to marketing theater. Winning them takes trust-led execution and numbers a board will believe. That is the deep end of the practice today, and every client gets the same standard of work.
The obsession with outcomes has not changed since day one.
Why one relationship?
At agencies, you talk to a sales guy, he hands you to a PM, the PM briefs a designer, the designer specs something for a developer who wasn't in any of those meetings. By the time code gets written, it's telephone. Here, you talk directly to the person building your solution.
Founder-led, always
You work directly with me. Aaron. No account managers, no junior handoffs. The person on your kickoff call is the person writing your code.
Nothing gets lost
That thing you mentioned in passing three weeks ago? I remember it. It's in my notes. Context compounds.
Real accountability
My name is on everything I build. Your success is my reputation. That's how it should be.
A decade of growth and engineering, from the inside.
I started Valyou in 2014 with a simple premise: businesses deserve better than overpriced agencies and unreliable freelancers. What began as social media growth evolved into full-stack digital engineering, then into years of hands-on growth work inside B2B security and SaaS companies.
Today I work directly with founders, CMOs, and revenue leaders, most deeply in B2B security and fintech. Every engagement gets the same operator: the person who diagnoses the problem is the person who fixes it, with AI-leveraged execution and attribution that holds up in a board deck.

How we got here.
The Beginning
Valyou launched as a social media growth company, specializing in Instagram. Built proprietary systems to grow profiles organically. Real followers, real engagement, real results. No bots, no shortcuts.
Full-Stack Expansion
Clients kept asking: can you do more? Valyou went full stack: Facebook ads, website builds, custom software, and lead generation funnels. One operator, full-stack capabilities.
Into Security
The practice moved into cybersecurity: trust-led messaging, skeptical technical buyers, and pipeline that has to survive board scrutiny. That work grew into a multi-year rebuild of a global security platform.
Operator Years
Hands-on growth work inside B2B security and SaaS companies. AI-native search, cookieless analytics, and attribution that ties marketing to revenue instead of activity.
The Specialist Turn
Valyou now leads with a specialty: GTM execution for B2B security and fintech, backed by a decade of full-stack range for ambitious businesses of every kind. And an operator who is easy to work with: kind, direct, and known for building teams up, not talking down to them.
What we believe.
Results Over Everything
Growing Instagram profiles taught me early: vanity metrics don't matter. Did it actually help the business? That's the only question.
Learn By Building
Every new skill came from a real problem that needed solving. Not courses or certifications. Actual projects with actual stakes.
No Bullshit
If something isn't working, I'll tell you. You're paying for expertise, not agreement.
Always Be Attacking
Every few months, a new challenge to master. That hunger to learn and solve never stops.
Great to work with. On purpose.
Specialist does not have to mean difficult. I am a genuinely pleasant person to work with, and I treat that as part of the job. I pay attention to how your team actually runs: your pacing, your constraints, your priorities, and the human dynamics underneath them. Then I fit into that, rather than forcing my way of working onto yours.
Embedded or fractional, I build the people around me up. I share what I know, keep the energy good, and leave team culture stronger than I found it. The work should win, and the workday should be better because I am in it. That is the bar.
Oregon. Remote-first.
Based in Oregon, working with funded teams across the US. Pacific Time works well for West Coast companies, and remote collaboration keeps the process simple.
